Here the swelling in her eyebrow causes a noticeable buldge above her eye, squashing the eyelid and causing the bar to sink into the skin.

 


 

 

 

Here large swelling effects the curve of her ear making it appear many times larger in size and causing the jewellery to start to sink into her ear

 

 

 

Here, in a more unusual piercing we see that the toes are much larger than normal, dwarfing the big toe and needing larger jewellery to contain the all the swelling (a 20mm long bar is currently being worn).
